01 Do I need an account to use Inkicity?
No. Open app.inkicity.com and start editing. There is no sign-up, no email, no account.
02 Where are my images stored?
On your own device. Inkicity runs entirely in your browser — pixel data is never sent to a server. Projects are saved in local browser storage and can be exported as files at any time.
03 Does Inkicity work offline?
Yes. After the first load Inkicity is installable as a Progressive Web App and continues to work without an internet connection.
04 What file formats can I export?
PNG, JPEG and WebP at any resolution. Quality, scale and color profile are configurable per export. Multi-format export bundles the same artboard across formats in one click.
05 Is Inkicity free?
Yes. The full editor is free, with no premium tier or paywalled features. We may add an optional way to support the project later, but the tool itself stays free.
06 How is Inkicity different from Canva or Photopea?
Inkicity is local-first by design — nothing uploaded, nothing tracked, and the entire app works offline. It's built for small, fast edits and social-media exports, not as a full Photoshop replacement.
07 Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The editor is touch-aware and runs on modern mobile browsers. For heavy projects a desktop browser will give you more screen and faster filtering.
