These terms govern your use of Inkicity, a browser-based image editor available at inkicity.com and app.inkicity.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Inkicity lets you edit images directly in your web browser. The editor runs on your device; your images are not uploaded to our servers. The Service is provided free of charge for general use. We may add optional paid features in the future, which will be governed by additional terms presented at that time.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.
Your content
You retain all rights to the images and content you create with Inkicity. Because your files are processed locally and are not uploaded, we claim no ownership of and have no access to your content.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any work that matters to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkicity and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
