Inkicity is built to keep your images private. This policy explains what does — and does not — happen to your data when you use the editor at app.inkicity.com and this website at inkicity.com.

Your images stay on your device

The Inkicity editor runs entirely in your browser. When you open, edit, or export an image, the pixel data is processed locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. Projects are saved in your browser's local storage and can be exported as files at any time. We cannot see your images, and we do not store, transmit, or have access to them.

Analytics and cookies

This marketing site and the editor do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other marketing trackers. We do not set analytics cookies, and there is no cookie-consent banner because we do not load non-essential tracking scripts.

Like any site on the public internet, requests to our hosts may produce ordinary server or CDN logs (for example approximate IP address, user agent, and the URL requested). Those logs are used for reliability, security, and abuse prevention — never to inspect your images, which never leave your device during editing.

If we add optional, privacy-respecting traffic measurement later (for example cookieless CDN analytics), this section will be updated before that change goes live.

What we don't do

  • We don't upload, store, or sell your images.
  • We don't require an account, email, or password to use the editor.
  • We don't sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We don't run marketing analytics or ad trackers on these sites today.

Third-party services

The website is served over a content delivery network. That infrastructure may process request metadata as described above, according to the host's own terms. We do not embed third-party analytics or ad networks in the pages themselves.

Changes to this policy

As Inkicity adds features — for example, optional cloud or AI-powered tools — this policy will be updated to describe any new data handling, and the “last updated” date above will change. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
